Let us all take a minute and give some props to the brewers who brew beer the old fashioned way. On their own land. Ingrediants strictly from their own land.

And in turn, you notice these breweries who brew like this have an INTENSE passion for their beer. They make beer that pay tribute to the hard work they put in. And the final product? You know they're not going to serve up a bad batch of beer.

Friday, June 30th, we're going to lift our glasses and cheers to these guys who put the "Craft" into "Craft Beer." Let's recognize the hard work and pride these brewers put in, with Rustic Producers Night!

We will have rarities from Hill Farmstead, Oxbow, Millstone, Kent Falls, & Graft Cider... Places who totally embody a "Rustic Producer."

The lineup:
Graft Cloud City Amarillo Cider - 6.9% ABV
Pineapple, Vanilla, Lemon Zest, Lactose.

Millstone CiderBerry Cider - 8% ABV
Crafted from local raspberries and cranberries pressed straight from the farm and blended with our oak aged cider. Complex and fruity with a tart twist, in our opinion a berry good cider.

Our grisette, a rustic blonde ale brewed with spelt grown at a draft horse farm in Pittston, Maine.

Oxbow Bandolier - Saison/Farmhouse - 5.5% ABV

Kent Falls Floyd - American Wild Ale - 6.5% ABV
Collaboration with Proclamation Ale Company. Sour beer with prickly pear.

Kent Falls Hawaiian Brunch - American Pale Ale - 5% ABV
Pale ale brewed with hibiscus and pineapple, dry hopped with Galaxy and Michigan Copper.

Hill Farmstead Abner - Imperial IPA - 8.2% ABV
"Abner (1867-1953) is our great grandfather; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his fourteen children. In his honor, this Double IPA is dutifully crafted from American malted barley, a plethora of American hops, our ale yeast and water from Abner’s well. It is unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and double dry hopped. Aromatic and flowery, bursting with notes of citrus and pine, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Abner."

Hill Farmstead Arthur - Saison/Farmhouse - 6% ABV
"Arthur (1922-2005) was our grandfather’s youngest brother; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his 13 siblings. In his honor, this Saison is crafted from American malted barley, American and European hops, our distinctive farmhouse yeast and water from our well. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Arthur."

Hill Farmstead Anna - Saison/Farmhouse - 6.4% ABV
"Anna is Bière de Miel, brewed with 20% raw wildflower Vermont honey and our house saison yeast."

Hill Farmstead Dharma Bum - American IPA - 6% ABV
American Simcoe Single Hop IPA.

Enjoy your Troy Night Out with some fantastic, rare craft beer, recognizing those who make craft beer, a craft. Cheers!
