It's the most wonderful time of the year... when Tröegs Independent BrewingMad Elf hits the taps!

Tis the Holiday season and that means we have a fresh batch of Mad Elf for ya.

"The Mad Elf is a cheerful creation to warm your heart and enlighten your tongue. The combination of cherries, honey, and chocolate malts delivers gentle fruits and subtle spices. Fermented and aged with a unique yeast, this ruby red beer has significant warming strength that underlies the pleasant character of this intriguing yet delicious Ale. The Mad Elf is a jolly and delicious beer for the holidays."

We also will have a bunch of varieties from Troegs/Mad Elf as well!

Naked Elf - Belgian Strong Dark Ale
"Gone are the cherries, honey and chocolate malt that dress up our holiday favorite Mad Elf, leaving “him” stark-raving nude to reveal notes of cinnamon, allspice, clove and tangy fruity esters."

Wild Elf - Wild Ale
"Starting with Mad Elf as the mother beer, Wild Elf goes through a long secondary fermentation in oak foeders alive with our house culture. We add tart Balaton cherries from nearby Peters Orchard, and the wild yeast and bacteria that hitchhike in on the skins of the cherries add layers of lemon and white peppercorn among the vanilla and oak."

Blizzard of Hops Firkin! - IPA
"We created this Winter IPA to toast hop growers around the world for another successful harvest. This storm of hoppy citrus and pine notes is a bright reminder the end of the Hop Cycle is only the beginning. #4 of 4 in our Hop Cycle seasonal series"

... and a Vintage 2013 keg of Flying Mouflan!
"This strong alluring ale is two beers in one. Cracking open a fresh bottle unleashes hops and heat with more than 100 IBUs emanating from three hop varieties and sweet burn of 9.3% ABV. Cellaring the Flying Mouflan in a cool dark place at 50 degrees for a minimum of four months will mellow out the hops and wash away the heat. If you can resist temptation you will be rewarded with two memorable beers in a single bottle. "
